After 17 years pastbuy.net will not do auctions from this internet site any longer.
The new data protection decree of the EU (EU-DSGVO), came into effect on May 25th, 2018 forced us into this measure. In the past we handled your personal data stored with us very carefully. Your data has never been given to third parties. In order to comply with the strict rules of the new decree, we would need to resort to very extensive technical and organizational measures, the costs of which would lead to a clear adjustment of our previously favorable conditions.
Therefore we decided to use external auction platforms in the future, about which we will inform you in our newsletter and on our internet site.
We have deleted your personal data stored online and we will keep them offline only for legal or tax requirements. Your newsletter registration remains intact, but you can cancel it anytime.
